I ordered a WC costing more than 2000Eur, and they confirmed my order but did not even reply to my e-mails regarding the delivery time. I also cannot see my order on my account on the website, so there is no means of tracking the order and no reply from the company!!!! I have been waiting for 2.5 weeks now, and all my renovation works in the apartment has been stopped due to the absence of the WC.

Unfortunately it was the "mega bad", not a "mega good" experience:
The receieved sink tap gave me some doubts about the quality of the product. After sending a few emails with my concerns, I was secured that the product is in perfect quality.
Unfortunately after the instalment it appeared there are some defects on the galvanised brass surface, what I claimed it to the seller.
Unfortunately I haven't received any feedback explaining the situation, neither the offer to replace the item.
I would be very happy if the Megabad's team could came back to my issue and possibly solve it (eg by replacing the tap).

Worst experience ever! We feel cheated. We’ve ordered ( in October 2022) over 5,000 euros from Villeroy and Boch products ( which supposedly are good quality, not the cheap stuff) and literally had problems with every single one of the items shipped. Our bathtub was missing it most important part ( the silent flow unit that was supposed to come with it) we called their hotline for over 2 weeks until we were able to reach a representative. 2 weeks and nobody is ever available! I had literally my phone on speaker for hours - until they disconnect you- waiting for a customer service personnel. I would have returned the items and asked for a PayPal refund, but it’s obviously impossible to ship back bathtubs and toilet seats ( and they know it, that’s why they treat costumers like they do) So, it took 4 weeks until the problem was solved. Because of that, we had to reschedule the plumbing company 2 times and that costed us money and a delay of weeks for finishing the tiles. Now jump to end of December, plumbing guys come again to install the toilet seats ( from the same order) and we open the boxes and find out that 2 of the 3 toilets had also missing parts. ”Luckily” Megabad sells the specific parts on their website, so we ordered to speed up the process and began another complaint to get a refund for it. Still pending, they haven’t yet refunded us. So, today we had our third plumbing appointment to finally get the seats installed and one of the porcelain rim is defective ( it is broken, scratched with a big tear on the inside). Since now we have the email from the representative that talked to us last time, we emailed him directly. Megabad said it is our obligation by law to check for the integrity of the item before installing it and they will not refund or send us a new one. Never buy anything from them! Of course, by now we know how fool we were by trusting that a brand new boxed item would be in perfect shape. I should have been smarter and suspected something else could be wrong, since we had problems with every single product! Shame on me, according to them to not do my job as a costumer. So do yourself a favor and never buy anything from them! It was not our first purchase. The first time it took MONTHS for our product to be delivered, but they were on sale and we bought in advance to take the discount. Luckily we had no problems with the product so we thought it was “worthy”. This company is a SCAM!!!!

The most horrible online shop I ever used.
I placed an order of more than 2k euro in Germany. Ok, it took more than 56 working days to deliver. forwarding company brought a huge package to the entry of our Appartement house and refused to lift it. When I complained, customer service in a very rude form replied that there is a link somewhere online with their delivery policy and placing the order I confirmed that I agree. So it is now my problem
I would not recommend to use this shop due to poor services and rude staff
