"Easy payment options, no extra hassle"
I ordered from megabad.com and the payment process was smooth. They had the option I usually use, so I didn’t have to waste time setting up anything new, which I appreciated. I’m always a bit careful about extra fees or anything that makes the total creep up, but everything looked fine and the confirmation came through quickly. The checkout page could be a little clearer in a couple of places, but overall it worked well. I’d give it 4 stars.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect when it arrived because the box had a couple little dents on the outside, which always makes me a bit nervous. I opened it up and checked everything over, and the packaging was simple, nothing fancy or over the top. But after going through it all, everything was actually fine — nothing damaged, nothing loose, and it all seemed packed well enough to get the job done.

The order showed up fine and the price seemed decent, so I was kind of confused when I opened it and saw the actual quality. Some pieces just felt a bit cheap, and there were a few small marks on the finish that I wasn’t expecting.
It does work for now, I guess, but I’m not sure how long it’ll hold up. For the money, I thought it would feel a little better made. The shop itself wasn’t terrible or anything, I’m just disappointed with what I ended up getting

"Cracked sink was fixed, just not very fast"
The sink showed up with a crack in it, which was not great obviously. megabad did reply and they sorted out a replacement in the end, so that part was okay. But it needed a few emails back and forth and some waiting around, which was a bit annoying because I needed the part sooner. Not a total disaster, just kind of slow and inconvenient

I ordered from MEGABAD because the site said the item was in stock, and I was trying to get it sorted that day since I had already planned the rest of my little home project around it. After I paid, I was told it actually wasn’t available and I’d have to wait. Annoying, honestly. If something isn’t in stock, that should be clear before taking the order.

It was a bigger order, so I went through the boxes twice just to be sure, but everything was there and packed properly. that’s how it should be when you’re spending your money—send people what they paid for and pack it with a bit of care. No complaints from me, happy with the order.

At first, the prices on megabad.com looked decent, not gonna lie. But once all the extra costs were added in, it didn’t feel like such a good deal anymore.
For me, it just wasn’t worth the money. I’d rather pay a bit more somewhere else and actually feel like I got solid service, ya know?
